Deidra McCollum is a member of the Customer Care Team at SchoolData.net where she has worked since 2018. She has worked on several custom development projects over the last few years including the ALE Management System, Highly Capable Learning Plans, Absence Alerts and the still in development CTE Application. These projects have provided her the opportunity to collaborate with districts across the state and act as a Liaison to the SDS programming team to communicate needs and partner with everyone involved to create unique solutions. Prior to her work with SDS, she spent over 10 years working in School District Administration, supporting schools in various roles as Director of Community and Family Partnerships, Assessment, Student Information and On Time Graduation. She earned her B.A. in Music from Central Washington University and her M.A. in Education from Seattle Pacific University.
